About the Company

Luluz Property was initiated due to our love for property. The company was founded and registered in November 2017, however this journey dates back to 2006, when the first property was purchased. Our mission focuses on buying, refurbishing and selling properties i.e. capital flips, buying and letting residential properties.

Louisa Moloisane

About the Founder

Louisa Moloisane is a professional property investor who has undergone training through Legacy Education Alliance.

She has background experience in the procurement of goods and services for over 10 years. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management among others.

Her passion lies in assisting others, customer service and supporting. Her main drive is to exceed people’s expectations and deliver quality service. She likes to see progress in everything she undertakes. Excellence is what she aspires and strives for.

She is very passionate about property in general, the origin of this love cannot really be pinpointed; it’s an internal matter. Her motto; “let property work for you.”

She is surrounded by a team consisting of an Attorney & Conveyancer, Builders, Estate Agents, etc.
